The Five Dysfunctions of a Team

The five disfunctions of a team (a leadership fable) by Patrick Lencioni. I would use this book as a quick follow up to Execution. It definitely pushes many of what I would call my companies core values, and blends well stylistically with Ford. Quick read, easy to understand and quite valuable.
