Rethinking Competitive Advantage: New Rules for the Digital Age, by Ram Charan. My love for Ram Charan’s insights had faded more than I should have allowed. After re-reading Execution (Ram and Larry Bossidy) and remembering how much I loved it, I went out to find more. This book is more visionary and less operational. It is shorter and a quick read. But still, excellent stuff. I highly recommended it, especially if you feel in the need or mood to elevate your thinking to that 30,000-foot view.
