Book 58: The Basic Laws of Human Stupidity

By Carlo M Cipolla. Life Changing. Having read the book twice, I am still not certain if it was written as a joke or an educational treatise. By giving a strict definition of the Stupid Human (one that is apt to cause harm to himself and others through his actions), he sets forth a framework to study it wherever it occurs. Set in the form of several basic laws of how and when you will come across stupidity, the book outlines a methodology on how to recognize and avoid it and its consequences. This is a very short book (54mins audio <100 pages).
